SOF GIGIENIK is a leading hygiene products and diaper manufacturer located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. To expand its production line, the company evaluated multiple suppliers at the beginning of 2024 and ultimately chose China King Machinery as its partner for this beverage filling lines project.
Project Challenges
The client's factory space is limited to 20 meters by 60 meters. Within this constrained area, it was necessary to accommodate production lines for both cans and glass bottles. Additionally, the client faced budget constraints for initial investments, making it crucial to achieve an efficient production layout within the limited space and budget.

China King Machinery designed a reasonable production layout that received high recognition from the client. To address the dual challenges of space and cost, China King Machinery provided an Depalletizer Machine capable of handling both glass bottles and cans. This solution not only saved equipment costs but also maximized the use of factory space. Furthermore, an optimized conveyor layout enabled two filling machines to work efficiently together, allowing products to seamlessly enter the same secondary packaging line after filling.
Project Implementation
Considering the client's urgent need for production, China King Machinery adopted a phased shipping strategy, ensuring that the entire project was delivered within 70 days. Once the equipment arrived, the China King Machinery team quickly initiated installation, debugging, and training, completing the entire process in just two months.
