In May 2023, King Machine Co., Ltd. successfully delivered an 8,000 bottles per hour (BPH) juice production line to a client in Bamako, the capital of Mali, marking Pap's Juice brand’s official entry into the local market. This turnkey project covers every step of the process from water treatment, blending, sterilization, and filling to carton packaging. The production line is equipped with auxiliary energy equipment, including a steam boiler, chiller, and air compressor, providing the client with a fully automated production line from raw materials to finished products.
1. Customized Juice Production Line Design
To meet Pap's Juice’s production needs, engineers at King Machine Co., Ltd. meticulously designed and planned the entire production process. From water treatment and juice blending to filling and sterilization, every phase was comprehensively addressed to ensure each bottle met high-quality standards.
