In the southern reaches of Oman, the Al-Mazunah Free Zone ( Arabic: المنطقة الحرة بالمزيونة) has emerged as a beacon for trade since its establishment in 1999. Nestled in the Dhofar region in Walayat Al-Mazyounah, this free zone, bordering Yemen, gained official Free Zone status through Royal Decree 103/2005, with its management entrusted to the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates - Madayn. Recognized as Oman's main governmental entity for the development and management of prime industrial lands, Madayn oversees this thriving economic hub, offering a host of exemptions and facilities to businesses.

Spanning a vast 4.5 million square meters, Almazunah Free Zone has been a catalyst for economic growth. In 2010, a pivotal long-term investment agreement was inked between the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates and Golden Hala Company, earmarking 3 million square meters for development and operation.

Amidst this vibrant landscape, Mazyunah Brand Bottled Water Company has found its home. Situated within Al-Mazunah Free Zone, southern Oman, Mazyunah stands as a settlement in the Dhofar Governorate, near the border with Yemen. An international border checkpoint at Al-Mazyunah serves as a testament to the strategic location of this thriving business.
In 2018, at the Gulfood exhibition in Dubai, a fortuitous meeting occurred between Mazyunah and Mr. Mohammed from Yemen. Despite his main business ties in Dubai, his passion for water filling business led him to explore opportunities closer to his homeland. The decision to set up a water plant at the Yemen-Oman border, however, required careful consideration due to Yemen's unstable political climate.
With the negotiation process marked by pleasant exchanges, Mazyunah's initial production capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour became a reality. Swift action followed, with King Machine delivering the equipment to Oman two months later. The success of the venture expanded Mazyunah's market presence, not only in Oman but also extending into eastern Yemen.
Buoyed by this success, Mazyunah engaged King Machine once again, this time for a higher production capacity of 15,000 bottles per hour. Leveraging King Machine's deep understanding of the customer's site and on-site engineering support, negotiations for the enhanced production line proceeded seamlessly.

King Machine's innovative approach included the use of hot melt glue labeling machines, offering cost savings on labels. The striking blue-tone label design, coupled with bottle design optimizations, aimed at maximizing water profit. Energy-efficient bottle blowing technology, advanced filling valves, and a low-vacuum filling system further contributed to the efficiency and stability of the production line.
