Water Treatment

A brand-new, fully automated water treatment production line is available for producing pure water and mineral water. Depalletizer

Cans Shrink Wrapping Machine

Beverage Pretreatment Machines

The pretreatment system is specially designed to produce juice, carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, tea drinks, etc, which includes types of equipment, such as hot water system, sugar melting system, sugar blending system, beverage mixing system, CIP system, plate or tube UHT sterilizers.

Beverage Mixer (Flow Meter Type)

Operation principles: After deoxidized by vacuums system, the product water is output through pump and flow meter. After cooled water enters into the carbonation tank through mixing pump and control valve. Before entering into the tank, the mixing liquid is treated with pre-carbonization course. The CO2 content is controlled by flowrate control valve. At the moment the carbonation tank is charged with CO2 counter-pressure gas, and the sparkling water is stored in the bottom of the carbonation tank, and then pumped to the filler.

The flow meter blender is a real sense of automatic mixing. It has automatic control systems for mixing ratio, temperature, carbonization and pressure. With human-computer interface, operators can adjust the parameter values to change the CO2 content of the product. If there is any fault, it can stop and give an alarm automatically.

Labelling Machine For Cans

Labeling Solution / Sleeve Shrink Labeling Machine
Today, shrink sleeve represents around 20% of labelling production and is one of the fastest growing formats. The increasing use and success of this heat-shrink sleeve label is largely due to its potential to provide far more branding opportunities than conventional labels. Shrink sleeve labels adapt to any surface with no restrictions on container shape. At the same time, it is especially suitable for lightweight containers. The label sleeve can function as an effective seal and can also serve as a light barrier to
protect the liquid. With heat shrinking, no traces of glue are left on the bottle, simplifying the recycling process.

Pasteurizer Tunnel

We can provide customers with a Pasteurizer Tunnel suitable for beverage canning lines with a capacity of 3000-54000cph.

For example, for a 30000cph carbonated drink canning line, the total treatment time is 45 minutes, the effective treatment area is 95.36 square meters, electricity power consumption is 24.25 kW, steam consumption is 1500 kg, and the cooling capacity of the cooling column is 100 m³/h.
