Sky Water, nestled in the town of Nsawam, has been a vital source of local drinking water for the past six years.
Accra, the bustling capital and largest port city of Ghana, boasts a modern landscape and serves as a hub for 70% of the country's industries. Sky Water has become an essential player in the region, providing a range of products, including 350ml, 500ml, and 750ml PET bottled water, 350ml fruit wine drinks, African Cola PET bottled drinks, and more.
The journey between Sky Water and King Machine commenced in 2019 when our customer discovered King Machine's cutting-edge equipment. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, a virtual meeting between Sky Water and King Machine's sales manager bridged the gap. The virtual tour of the workshop, case studies, and real customer delivery videos convinced Sky Water of the unmatched quality and reliability of King Machine's offerings.
Destiny intervened when old square bottles of Sky Water were discovered at King Machine's meeting room, sealing the fate of a prosperous collaboration. Detailed inquiries and a thorough understanding of King Machine's equipment and after-sales services laid the foundation for an alliance.
In May 2021, King Machine and Sky Water joined forces to introduce a 12,000bph water filling line, followed by an 8,000bph carbonated soft drink production line in September 2021. The commitment to excellence was evident as King Machine delivered three 40' HQ containers in October 2021 for the water filling line and six 40' HQ containers in December 2021 for the carbonated water filling line.
In mid-January 2022, Sky Water received the machines, and Egyptian engineers from King Machine swiftly initiated the first commissioning, fostering a positive relationship with Ghanaian engineers. By March 2022, Sky Water's water filling line commenced a trial operation, while the carbonated water filling line awaited raw materials for subsequent commissioning.
Commissioning videos from King Machine showcased the seamless process from bottle preforms to the final production line, emphasizing efficiency and precision. Sky Water's water filling line running video further demonstrated the smooth operation of the entire process.
In April 2022, Sky Water strategically introduced its products to various suppliers, marking the reinvigoration of this established brand in the Ghanaian market. The positive and expressive label design, featuring a rising sun symbolizing vitality and hope, resonated with consumers. The slogan, "The Sky is the limit, be good to yourself," perfectly encapsulated Sky Water's brand ethos.
Expressing gratitude for the collaboration, Sky Water's meticulous approach and technical inquiries during negotiations were met with detailed responses and expert advice from King Machine.
