The customer acquired a PET bottle juice production line capable of producing 8,000 bottles per hour and a production line for aluminum can soft drinks with a capacity of 15,000 cans per hour. Both production lines were successfully launched in 2019, becoming pillars of the local beverage production. The collaboration with the customer goes beyond a business partnership; it has evolved into a friendship.
The juice production line and the aluminum can soft drink factory are both located in the capital, Conakry. The latter operates for 8 hours daily, producing 120,000 cans. Their diverse range of drink flavors enjoys popularity in the local market, supplying supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and other establishments. Conakry, as Guinea's largest city with a population of approximately 2.2 million in 2019, serves as a hub for distributing these beverages to surrounding cities and even exporting to neighboring countries like Sierra Leone.
To showcase the success of this collaboration, King Machine Company has produced a detailed working video demonstrating the entire process of producing carbonated drinks in aluminum cans from start to finish.
For can filling machines, King Machine Company provides models with varying outputs, ranging from 2,000-3,000 cans per hour, 5,000-8,000 cans per hour, 15,000 cans per hour, 20,000 cans per hour, up to 36,000 cans per hour, catering to different customer needs. Depending on the output, the filling method is also adjusted, offering customized solutions to meet diverse customer requirements.
