CIP cleaning is a safe and automatic cleaning system that does not decompose production equipment and can be easily introduced to all food, beverage and pharmaceutical plants. CIP cleaning not only cleans the machine but also controls the microorganisms.

Plunger:the 4th generation special alloy steel(PH-type).
Check valve:the 4th generation special alloy steel (GrMoFr),abrade-resisting and impact-resisting.
Pump block:321 stainless steel.
Plunger sealing:X4310 and PP spacer with heat-proof reaching 150ºC.
Homogenizing valve:the 3rd special stainless alloy.
All the above-mentioned material are according with sanitary rules and suitable for CIP cleaning.
