Product Description

The fully automatic carbonated juice thermal sterilization filling machine is the core equipment of the Carbonated Drink Filling Line designed for carbonated juice and functional drinks. It integrates three modules: UHT ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization (137℃/4s), isobaric filling, and aseptic capping, meeting the continuous production needs of glass bottles/PET bottles at a capacity of 3000-8000BPH. The machine breaks through the process limitations of the traditional carbonated soft drink production line, realizes the flexible co-production of high-acid juice (such as orange juice pH3.5) and carbonated beverages (CO₂ content 5g/L), and is suitable for aseptic filling of liquids with complex ingredients such as pulp and collagen.

Thermosensitive material protection

The tube-in-tube spiral heating technology is used, the temperature difference fluctuation is ≤±0.3℃, the thermal damage rate is reduced by 65% compared with the plate sterilizer, and the vitamin C retention rate is ≥95%.

Dynamic sterilization synergy

Dual protection of hydrogen peroxide atomization sterilization (online residual amount ≤0.1ppm) and laminar flow purification chamber (ISO 14644-1 Class 5), the total colony count is controlled to <10CFU/100ml.

Precise gas control

The double closed-loop CO₂ injection system (accuracy ±0.02g/L) and nitrogen compensation module solve the bubble stability problem in the juice carbonation process, and the shelf life is extended to 12 months.

Multi-form compatibility

The patented flexible filling valve can handle liquids containing fruit particles (particle size ≤8mm), and the filling pulse width (50-200ms) is adjusted by servo drive to avoid suspended matter deposition.

FAQ


Q1: Will filling of pulp-containing beverages block the valve body?

A: It uses a patented three-channel self-cleaning valve core (CE certified), performs 0.1 second backwash cleaning after each filling, and supports continuous production of materials with a pulp content of ≤15% for 12 hours without clogging.


Q2: Does thermal sterilization affect the carbonic acid content?


A: The independently designed supercritical CO₂ gas retention module maintains a pressure of 4.5MPa during the sterilization stage, and the carbonic acid loss rate is <1.8% (the industry average is 6%).


Q3: Can it be connected to existing bottle blowing equipment?


A: It is equipped with a European standard E96 flange interface as standard, compatible with the preform transmission system of mainstream beverage filling machines such as KHS and Sidel, and provides mechanical adaptation kits.


Q4: How to ensure the sealing of the cap?


A: The torque closed-loop controlled servo capping head (accuracy ±0.01Nm) is combined with a laser leak detector, and the online rejection rate is >99.9%.

Washing heads

The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance.
Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.

PE film packaging machine
