Product Description

The fully automatic aseptic carbonated beverage filling production line is an integrated solution designed for carbonated soft drink production lines such as soda water, sparkling water, and cola, integrating three core modules: ultra-clean bottle blowing (optional), negative pressure isobaric filling, and laser coding. The equipment supports aseptic filling of glass bottles and PET bottles (200ml-2L) at a production capacity of 8,000-18,000 bottles/hour, breaking through the CO₂ tolerance limit of traditional Cola Filling Machine (up to 8g/L), while meeting the dual-mode free switching between hot filling (90℃) and cold filling (4℃), and is suitable for emerging categories such as carbonated milk drinks and plant-based sparkling water.

Dynamic sterile barrier

Equipped with H₂O₂ dry fog sterilization system (residual content ≤ 0.5ppm) + unidirectional laminar flow hood (ISO 4 cleanliness), the microbial control level reaches the commercial sterility standard (CFU/250ml=0).

Pressure adaptive filling

Five-stage pressure curve adjustment (vacuum → CO₂ replacement → isobaric filling → liquid level calibration → residual pressure release), bottle explosion rate <0.005%, foam height ≤5mm.

   Isobaric filling monoblock

 Mechanical level filler for carbonated products in PET bottles, was designed adopting advanced technologies. It has an innovative design and is equipped with special features for both filling and moving the bottles, which guarantee great advantages in terms of performance and operating flexibility. Washing heads

The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.
 Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
 Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance.
 Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.

Filling heads

The filling machine is equipped with high precision flowmeter aboved each filling valve pipeline.

RO water treatment system

PE film packaging machine

Automatic PE film heat shrink wrapping machine is suitable for wrapping of such products as pop top, mineral water , bottles. beer, drinks etc. Working with PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly , the whole production process adopts the Germany advanced technics, and the main parts are imported from international famous companies. It consists of seven actuating motor, through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group out from the hot shrinking packing machine.
