The machine includes semi-electronic filling valves with two vacuum exhaust cycles and a sterile capping machine. It is also equipped with a manual COP (Clean Outside Pipe) trolley and a CIP (Clean Inside Pipe) system, both essential for maintaining a sterile production environment.

CIP/COP 2-in-1 Trolley: This system is used for both internal and external cleaning, ensuring hygienic conditions throughout the production process. It includes a chemical dosing barrel, alkaline foam barrel, water tank, circulation pump, washing pump, and external frame.
Cleaning Process:
Alkaline Foam Cleaning: The cleaning process begins by adding warm water and alkaline foam (Klenz FC-2) into the foam barrel. The foam solution is then sprayed onto the cleaning surfaces, followed by a 10-20 minute wait. Afterward, the surface is washed with clean water using the washing pump.
RO Water Cleaning: The dosing barrel connects to the RO cleaning interface, and the system can automatically clean with RO water when the circulation pump is activated.
Sodium Ion Regeneration System: This system ensures effective regeneration for consistent water treatment performance, supporting the overall hygiene and quality of the production line.
