In December 2023, King Machine Company successfully delivered a fully automated carbonated soft drink (CSD) canning production line to AVA GROUP LLP in Pakistan. This production line not only includes an advanced water treatment system and beverage mixing system, but also features an efficient filling and packaging section, aimed at enhancing AVA GROUP’s production capacity and market competitiveness in the carbonated beverage sector.
Water Treatment Section: The water treatment section of the production line has a capacity of 8 tons per hour, ensuring that the water used in the beverages meets strict hygiene standards and providing high-quality water for the entire production process.
Beverage Mixing Section: The beverage mixing system has a capacity of 5 tons per hour, ensuring precise blending of various beverage ingredients, which guarantees the consistency and stability of the product’s taste.
Filling and Packaging Section: The filling and packaging section has a capacity of 12,000 cans per hour. It uses advanced fully automated filling technology to significantly improve production efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure that the production line operates efficiently and stably.
During the implementation phase, the King Machine team worked closely with AVA GROUP to ensure the smooth installation and commissioning of the production line.
