On December 31, 2023, Comoros clients Devjani and Abas made a last-minute request to visit the King machine factory. Despite the New Year holiday, Yvonne and Joyce selflessly gave up their planned time off to welcome the clients, demonstrating Kingmachine's unwavering commitment to customer service.

During conversations with the clients, we learned that Devjani and Abas had initially shortlisted 10 suppliers online. However, after visiting these suppliers, they expressed disappointment and even shock at most of them. Some turned out to be mere trading companies, while others were small factories with only a handful of staff, presenting a stark contrast to the descriptions in their proposals. This experience solidified the clients' desire to work directly with a robust manufacturer.

Upon arriving at the Kingmachine factory, the clients were deeply impressed by the modern facility, the neatly arranged equipment, and the high-standard production environment. They were particularly satisfied with the filling line equipment quality. Furthermore, Kingmachine's professional negotiation team quickly identified the core needs of the clients and provided practical solutions within a short timeframe. The negotiation process progressed smoothly, and the contract details were finalized within a day.

The clients returned to their home country and paid the full deposit within a week, demonstrating their strong trust and confidence in Kingmachine. Production commenced promptly, adhering strictly to the agreed timelines and standards. and Now, the production line has been successfully launched and is fully meeting the clients' expectations.
