Cold Glue Labeling Machine is an automatic rotary labelling machine to apply, with maximum reliability and precision, pre-cut paper labels (or aluminium foils) on either cylindrical or shaped containers made of glass, plastic or metal.
The labels are picked up from the label magazine and transferred to the grippers drum by the glue pallets. Then the labels are transferred from the grippers drum to the container within the machine carousel.
The container presence photocell positioned near the inlet wheel generates a signal used for moving the magazine forward, so that the label can be picked up. Brushes/rollers smooth/wipe the label on the container, thus ensuring proper application. The wide range of models available offers the possibility to apply a number of Cold-Glue labels on the same container. Additional applications (tax or seal label, partial/total aluminium foil are possibile). Production speeds up to 72.000 CPH.
